If you want to hire a tent from us, here's how it works:

1. Contact us by phone or email

   Let us know your requirements, including location and preferred dates. If you aren't sure exactly what you want we are happy to advise you on the best tent(s) to suit your needs. Please note that May to September are our busiest times so book early to avoid disappointment.

2. Get a commitment free quote

   The quote covers hire of the tent(s) and any other equipment, delivery to your location, putting up the tent(s) and de-rigging after the event. We calculate transport at £1.00 per mile from Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 8BZ.

3. Confirm costs and exchange contract

   Once the costs are confirmed and the contract exchanged the first deposit of 25% is payable. A second deposit of 25% is due two weeks before we erect the tent(s).

4. We put up the tent(s)

   We put up the tent(s) and any other equipment - staging, PA system etc. - at your location. Once the build is complete the remaining 50% of the total costs is payable.

5. You have a fantastic event!

   Both you and your guests enjoy yourselves in our wonderful tents.

6. We take down our equipment and leave quietly

   We are friendly, professional and always clear up behind ourselves. So no matter how fragile you may be feeling after the event has finished, you can be sure our part in the event will go smoothly.
